- Do you have proven experience in merchandising, forecasting, stock management, and/or relevant fields?
- Do you have excellent planning and analytical skills.
- Do you have strong working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP platforms?
- Do you have advanced Excel skills and overall computer skills?
- Do you have a strong interpersonal skill both in English and Japanese?

What are we expecting from you?
The Supply Chain Manager will mainly be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to optimize Supply Chain Management & Merchandising.
- You will proactively analyze market trends and business indicators to better develop & drive the supply chain strategies, all in alignment with Maison's global strategy.
- You will define and manage the product assortment at reference level by boutique and at country level and maintain the model stock and define tactical seasonal push according to yearly events.
- You will plan and secure the right stock levels & product assortment to express the Maison universe in our network.
- You will make sure that the forecast is in line with the Maison strategy and vision and allow central team to better size the demands coming from the market.
- You will foster and promote a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
