介護施設運営の推進部主任(営業)

【仕事内容】


法人営業 #入居相談 業務内容 入居・利用に関する相談対応や施設案内 紹介機関(医療機関・地域包括支援センター等)との情報共有・連携 各拠点の稼働状況の把握と情報発信 入居促進に向けた施策の立案と実行 拠点間の調整・連絡業務、関係資料の作成・報告 担当スタッフとの連携・チーム内マネジメント補助 就業場所の変更範囲:会社の定める施設及びその関連施設 業務の変更範囲:会社の定める業務及びその附帯業務

【正職員】月給 361,150円 〜 375,000円

【給与の備考】


月給 361,150円~375,000円 ※基本給・固定残業代の総額 基本給:285,880円 皆勤手当:10,000円 管理手当(固定残業代):65,270円 (固定残業時間:30 時間) ※固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する 試用期間6ヶ月(条件変更なし)

月1シフト提出 シフト制(週休二日制) 平均勤務日数:21日 2月は8日休み 1月、8月、12月は10日休み それ以外は9日休み

無資格可 #40代活躍 #マネージャー採用 【必須】 ・施設の稼働促進や地域連携の取り組みを主導したご経験 ・介護実務経験、サ責実務経験、管理者実務経験、入居促進経験 ・PCスキル(Word/Excel/Google Workspace等) ※資格不問
