仕事内容:

Maison Margiela Fragrances(メゾンマルジェラ)の 販売スタッフ募集美容部員のお仕事をお任せします。

~主な業務内容~

・接客販売(タッチアップなし)

・在庫管理、品出しなど

・売場の整備(掃除・ディスプレイ)

・レジ業務

メゾンマルジェラは、ジェンダーレスで纏える香水やキャンドルを展開しています。

フレグランスは説明するのが難しそう

と思いがちですがご安心くださいマルジェラでは、フレグランスのイメージを写真で視覚的に見せながらお伝えし、香りを実際に試していただく販売スタイル。難しい成分の説明よりもイメージを大切にしてるので、接客しやすいブランドです。

給料:

月給 209,550円~

給与額は経験・能力を考慮のうえ決定します。

年1回昇給あり

賞与あり(年3回(平均評価3か月分 ※固定2回、業績1回))

月インセンティブ(最大8万円)

時間外手当

地域手当(20,000~34,000円)

交通費全額支給

美容部員として経験を積んだ後はキャリアチェンジを選択することも可能です

・メイクやスキンケアのスペシャリスト

・ブランドの発信者として活躍するメイクアップアーティストやフィールドトレーナーなど
