ジュールを計画し、お客様との円滑なコミュニケーションをとることで、卓越した顧客サービスを提供します。 当社の QMS
審査プログラムは、顧客が製品の製造に必要な規制の枠組みを満たしていることを証明するのをサポートします。 これによ
り、顧客は品質を実証し、世界市場へのアクセスを得ることができます。
本ロールでは、APAC 地域でのビジネスパフォーマンスを推進し、当社のデリバリーチーム(審査員)と協力して、お客様
に積極的かつ効率的なサービスを確実に提供していただきます。APAC 各国に所属するチームメンバーと協力し、主に日
本の顧客を担当いただきます。またGLOBAL/APAC チームにおける活動やプロジェクトの機会もあります。ダイナミックな
チーム環境で働き、ベストプランニングプラクティスを通じて、厳格な規制要件を守りながら、収益の創出と収益性の向上
をサポートします。

BSI(英国規格協会)は、ベストプラクティスの基準を卓越した習慣に変えるために必要なソリューションを企業に提供する
世界的な企業です。
当社のレギュラトリーサービスチームは、お客様の医療機器のタイムリーな市場参入をグローバルにサポートしながら、患者の
安全を確保します。BSI は、オランダでノーティファイド・ボディ(Notified Body)の指定に成功し、ISO 13485 認証機
関として認定され、多くのグローバル市場で認められています。また、日本国内においては、登録認証機関となっています。
主な責任と責務
• 最大限有効な審査の提供を実現するため、審査員トレーニングの計画/調整のサポート及び他の部門との協力の上
担当エリアを管理する。
• 担当エリアにおける医療機器関連規格の顧客状況をモニターし、リソースの確保、審査プランニングを行う。また優れ
た顧客サービスと交渉力によって顧客との相互同意を得る
• 当社システム「Workflow」を使用して他部署からの依頼を要求されたタイムラインにて実行し、審査計画に必要な
正確な記録を保持する
• 既存のお客様との窓口
• BSI のポリシー、手順、プロトコルに従って活動する
• 要求に基づいてデータベースを適正に保守する
• 新規顧客及びビジネス拡大のため、担当エリアの営業チームをサポートする
• 顧客の審査プランニングに影響を及ぼす規制の更新情報を常にアップデートし、新しい規制への移行、アップグレード
を管理・サポートする
• 担当エリアにおける医療機器関連規制の審査を管理・サポートすることで、顧客の認証の有効性を維持する
業績評価指標
• 顧客満足度 (including:顧客からのフィードバック、NPS スコア、苦情等含む)
• 社内手順及び規格・規制の理解・情報更新・準拠
• 審査スケジュールの日数/タイムラインの達成
• 顧客や社内からの問い合わせに対して、効率的にフィードバックする
• 質の高い付加価価値サービスとサポートを提供することで、顧客の離脱を防ぐ
• その他要求に応じて必要な対応
応募要件
• 優れた顧客サービス志向を有すること
• 優れた対人スキルとコミュニケーション能力を有すること (メール、電話、対面等複数のツールにて高いレベルでのコミ
ュニケーションがとれること)
• 優れたチームワークにより、社内のステークホルダーと協力して問題解決に導くスキルを有すること
• 顧客によりそったわかりやすい説明能力、交渉力、苦情対応能力を有すること
• 英語(筆記・口頭) -TOEIC のスコアは問いませんがビジネスにおける英語使用の経験があれば尚可*面接は英
語となります。
• 日本語(筆記・口頭) -ネイティブレベル
• 柔軟性があり、時間管理と計画性に優れていること
• IT スキル(Microsoft Office programs; Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) -SAP の使用経験がある

• 高い規制準拠を求められる環境においてパフォーマンスを発揮する能力を有すること *必要な専門知識については
