外資系IT専門商社において、インサイドセールス(内勤営業)をお任せします。
このチームでは、全国広域展開している法人顧客を担当しており、IT製品(PC、サーバ、ソフトウェア、ネットワーク製品、クラウドサービス製品)を幅広く販売しています。
今回募集する職種はインサイドセールス(内勤営業)で、顧客に対してIT製品の提案、問い合わせ対応、案件対応等を行って頂きます。

[具体的な職務内容]
・担当販売会社に対して、マルチベンダーでIT製品(PC、サーバ、ソフトウェア、ネットワーク製品、クラウドサービス製品)を幅広く販売する
・インサイドセールスとして、主にメールと電話を使って顧客とコミュニケーションを取り、営業活動を行う
・関係者(社内仕入部門、社外取引ベンダー、社内ソリューション部門等)と連携し、顧客ニーズに合った製品・サービスを選定・提案し、案件創出および案件対応を行う
・社内システムを活用し、取り扱い製品のコスト計算/見積の作成を行う
・アウトサイドセールス(外勤営業)と連携・協力し、業績目標達成を目指す

[求める経験、スキル、能力]
【必須】
・法人営業経験(2年以上)
・基本的WindowsPC操作スキル
・Microsoft Office基本操作(Excel、Word、Power Point)
【尚可】
・IT業界での営業経験
