【仕事内容】
同社は、大きく製造部門、人事・総務などの管理部門、店舗販売や通販などの営業部門、マーケティング・戦略を検討する事業戦略の部門で構成されています。
今回は店舗営業部にてエリアマネージャーを担っていただきます。
営業本部長1名、店舗営業部長1名、東日本ブロック20名、中日本ブロック10名、関西中四国/九州ブロック10名で構成されており、20代~50代と幅広いメンバーが活躍しています。
同社は、本物の快眠を追い求め、独自開発した素材を使用した高反発マットレスの製造・販売を行っています。
全国の百貨店やモールなどの商業施設約200店舗とオンライン、海外4拠点にも展開しており、今後はさらなるグローバル展開を目論んでいます。これからさらに飛躍していく同社の成長と拡大を担っていただける方を募集しております。
下記の業務を担当いただきます。
・担当店舗(約6~10店舗)の販売戦略立案・実施、業務効率改善
・担当店舗のオペレーション管理(労務/金銭/情報/安全/防犯/商品など)および、収益管理
・担当店舗スタッフの採用、人材育成、評価

【求める人材】
■必須条件
・リテール(小売業)にて複数店舗のマネジメント経験3年以上(SV、エリアマネージャー等)
ー百貨店に限らず、ショッピングモール、GMS等も歓迎です。

・マネジメント経験
・カウンセリング接客経験(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)
