当社は不動産の投資・開発を専門とする総合ディベロッパーとして、全国でホテル事業を展開しており、今後全国で複数の新規ホテル開業を予定しています。
そのため開業前の立ち上げから携わるメンバーを募集いたします。

【運営のスタイル】
<省人化×テクノロジーで、効率的に良いサービスを>
チェックイン・アウトの自動化や清掃業務の外注化、クラウド型の宿泊管理システム(PMS)などを導入し、少ない人数でも高品質な運営ができる仕組みを構築しています。

お客様との対話や、サービス品質の磨き込み、スタッフ教育など、「人だからこそできること」にフォーカスできる環境です。
【業務内容】
<支配人候補>
・ホテル運営業務全般
・スタッフ採用、教育、シフト管理
・宿泊部門/料飲部門の統括マネジメント
・収支、KPI管理(RevPAR/GOP/ADR等)
・サービス品質、CS向上の推進
・地域との関係構築、ブランディング活動
<エリアマネージャー候補>
・複数ホテルの運営サポート、収支管理
・各支配人とのマネジメント連携、ガイドライン策定
・人材配置、採用戦略支援
・品質管理(サービス、施設、運営指標)
・新規開業ホテルへの運営導入支援

勤務時間 基本9:30~17:30(休憩時間1:00)
※フレックスタイム制度(コアタイムなし)を導入しており、上記就業時間に決まりはございません。
想定給与 ※経験、能力などを考慮の上、当社規定により決定
※非管理監督者は月30時間分の固定残業手当含む、超過分は追加支給
※3ヶ月の試用期間有り(試用期間中の条件変更なし)
【昇給】年2回(4月、10月)
【賞与】年2回(4月、10月)
※会社業績および個人のパフォーマンスにより支給
