<仕事内容>

\官公庁・金融機関向けの安心対応/

熊本市中央区九品寺にある企業で、自社システムに関する

カスタマーサポート業務をお任せします。

お問い合わせ内容は、システムの使い方や操作方法、

業務フローの確認などが中心。

1日の対応件数は5〜20件ほどで、落ち着いて対応できます。

マニュアルがしっかり整っており、流れに沿って案内すればOK。

難しい判断は少なく、未経験の方でも始めやすいお仕事です。

・システム操作方法のご案内

・設定内容の確認対応

・業務フローに関する質問対応

・対応履歴の入力作業

入社後は座学研修からスタート。

基礎知識を学んだ後、OJT研修で実務を習得します。

先輩が近くでサポートするため、分からないことはすぐ確認可能。

こちらは紹介予定派遣の求人で、

3〜6ヶ月後には契約社員として直接雇用を予定しています。

【給与】17万3500円

【基本給】15万5000円

(※ただし研修期間は14万8000円)
