仕事内容:

管理業務本部にて、財務経理課長または将来の管理職候補として、

財務経理領域全般およびチームマネジメントを担当します。

経理実務に加え、連結決算や子会社支援、資金管理など、

グループ全体の経営基盤を支える中核ポジションです。

【具体的な業務内容】

◆経理業務

・月次/四半期/年次決算

・財務諸表(BS/PL/CF)の確認・管理

・決算報告書、事業報告書、確定申告書作成

・各種引当金計上、部門別損益管理

・連結決算(国内9社)

・子会社経理支援、業務フロー構築

・日次経理業務、年末調整、償却資産

◆財務・税務業務

・法人税、消費税、事業所税、固定資産税等の単体申告書作成

・資金繰り管理、資金調達、金融機関折衝

・固定資産管理

※経理部組織構成:部長1名、メンバー8名(社員5名、契約社員2名、パート1名)

・経理(決算業務)の実務経験

・財務業務の実務経験

・業務フローの新規構築経験

・マネジメント経験

勤務時間・曜日:

8:30~17:30

所定労働時間:7時間45分

休憩時間:75分

勤務時間外労働:あり(月平均15時間程度)

休暇・休日:

・完全週休2日制(土日祝)

・年間休日126日

・有給休暇:入社半年後10日付与

給与:

・月給:428,000円~500,000円

・昇給:あり 賞与:年2回

・残業手当:あり
