仕事内容


広報担当者として会社全体の広報活動のプランニングおよびディレクション、自社ECサイトやSNSを用いた発信等をお願いします。

イベントや会社がマーケティングサポートを必要とするプロモーションが週末に行われることがありますので、スケジュールに柔軟に対応いただける方を募集しています。

【主な業務内容】

1.広報・プロモーションの企画立案、進行管理

・マーケティングチーム内で協業しながら、BtoB, BtoCの顧客に向けた広報活動を行う

・広報活動に必要な情報の翻訳、コンテンツの整理

・関係部署の要望をヒアリングしてプロモーション企画を立案、遂行する

2.情報発信・サイト運営

・自社HP上のプレスリリース、SNS、Webサイトの更新、コンテンツの企画運営を通して、ブランド情報の認知度向上を目指す

・Googleや食べログ、Trip Advisor など口コミサイトでのコメント返信

・メルマガのライティング、社内(小売店舗)および社外イベント企画運営

・自社SNS、および直営店舗「アンテナアメリカ」など複数アカウントを管理する

3.プロモーション用ツールのクオリティの管理

・ツール改善のプロジェクトを推進、進捗管理する

・自社HP、ECサイトのサイトデザインの改善のディレクションを行う

<ご入社後〜展望>

まずは広報活動をメインにプレスリリースやメルマガのライティング、マーケティング用データの管理運用といった実務をご担当いただきながら、当社のブランドや取り扱い商品、組織について学んでいただきます。

その後、自らプロモーションを企画、リードしていただくことを期待しています。

Webサイト制作は社内外の関係各所と連携し、よりよい形にしていただくことを期待しています。

メインは社外とのコミュニケーションの窓口ですが、社内の多様な部署との折衝が生じますので調整スキルも磨かれ、広報担当者としてこれから挑戦していきたいモチベ―ションの高い方にマッチするポジションです。

アメリカ人の経営トップとの会話や翻訳業務、サプライヤーとの連携が発生するため、英会話スキルも磨かれます。

求めている人材


【必須スキル】

・toBの営業経験2年以上(食品業界が望ましい)

・非対面であっても顧客とコミュニケーションができ、提案ができる

・基本PCスキル:Microsoft Office(Word、Excel、Outlook)、Google スプレッドシートなどの基本操作ができる

・プレゼンテーション能力:伝えようとしている内容を、的確かつ説得力を持って表現できる

・チームワークと問題を一緒に解決したり、新規開拓、顧客維持への意欲があること

【歓迎スキル】

・小~中規模の飲食店、独立系小売店などへの営業経験

・基幹システム、各種データベースの利用経験

・英会話:日常会話レベル

・普通自動車免許

勤務時間詳細


総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり173時間

1か月のフレックスタイム制(コアタイム9:45~15:45、1日の所定労働時間8時間)

1か月あたりの総労働時間はその月の暦日数によって変わります。

(160時間~177.1時間)

実際の残業時間は月により増減がありますが、月10~20時間程度の見込みです。
