Accounting Manager | Luxury Hotel 横浜の高級ホテル会計マネージャー
Our client, a luxury international hotel in Yokohama, is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee comprehensive financial operations. This role offers the opportunity to manage a full spectrum of accounting tasks, including financial operations, tax-related duties, and team management, in a prestigious hospitality setting.

Key Responsibilities / 業務内容:
- Manage monthly and annual financial closings
- Oversee accounts payable management
- Prepare and report owner financial reports
- Handle tax-related tasks including corporate and consumption tax
- Manage and input journal entries in English systems
- Supervise and manage accounting team members
- Issue invoices for hotel services
- Manage cash flow and cash management processes
- 月次・年次決算の管理
- 買掛金管理の監督
- オーナー向けの財務報告書の作成と報告
- 法人税・消費税などの税務関連業務の処理
- 英語システムでの仕訳入力
- 会計チームの指導と管理
- ホテルサービスに関する請求書の発行
- キャッシュフローと現金管理プロセスの管理
Qualifications / 応募資格:
- Knowledge equivalent to Bookkeeping Level 2 (Boki 2)
- Approximately 5 years of accounting experience
- Comfortable with English systems and willing to learn
- Experience with hotel accounting systems
- Experience in tax-related tasks (corporate, consumption, withholding)
- Experience managing a team
- Familiarity with Japanese tax regulations

- 約5年の会計業務経験
- 英語システムに慣れており、学ぶ意欲がある方
- ホテル会計システムの経験
- 法人税、消費税、源泉税などの税務関連業務の経験
- チーム管理の経験
