■ 勤務地 東京 ■ 等級レベル エキスパート(B2~A2) ■ 選考部署 戦略本部 エクスペリエンスデザイン部 エクスペリエンスデザイン室 サービス企画G ■ 部署案内 エクスペリエンスデザイン部はトヨタグループの主に新規事業/新規サービス創出プロジェクトに事業構想や企画段階から参画し、UIデザイン、フロントエンド開発、オペレーション構築まで幅広く手掛けている専門家組織です。デザイナー、リサーチャー、事業企画、エンジニアなど異業種から多様なメンバーが集まり2025年度現在は約90名で様々なプロジェクトにチャレンジしています。 ■ 役割 トヨタコネクティッドでは、モビリティとユーザーをつなぐデジタルサービスの企画・制作ディレクションをリードできるディレクターを募集しています。ユーザー視点を重視し、ビジネスや開発チームと連携しながらデジタルサービス領域の体験価値を最大化することがミッションです。新規事業企画などに関連するWebサイト/アプリ構築プロジェクトの総指揮をとり、サービス全体の目標達成に向けて、企画立案からデザイン・開発・運用まで一貫して関与していただきます。

社内外の多様なステークホルダーと協働し、不確実性の高い状況下でも柔軟かつ粘り強くプロジェクトを前進させ、新たなサービスがユーザーとビジネスの双方に価値を生み出す状態を実現することが期待されるポジションです。

【業務内容】

・デジタルサービス(Web/アプリ)の企画立案、情報設計・UX設計の推進

・デザインディレクションおよび制作進行・品質・スケジュール管理

・社内外ステークホルダーとの要件調整・折衝・合意形成

・ユーザビリティテストやデータ分析を通じた改善提案・施策立案

・チームメンバー育成・ナレッジ共有による組織的なクオリティ向上 ■ 使用ツール ・Figma

・Adobe Creative Cloud

・Microsoft office / Google Workspace

・Miro

・Notion

・Slack / Jira / Confluence

・ProtoPie(モーションデザイン・プロトタイピング)

・ChatGPTをはじめとしたAI関連ツール

・WebディレクションまたはWebサービス開発・アプリ制作における実務経験(5年以上)

・大規模または複数のWebプロジェクトの進行管理・品質管理の経験

■スキル

・日本語:ネイティブレベルのコミュニケーション能力

・期限内に高い品質の成果を提供できるプロジェクト推進力

・クライアントや社内外ステークホルダーとの要件定義・折衝を担当できる

・ユーザー視点に立ったUI/UXデザインの基礎知識を有しており、ワイヤーフレーム・プロトタイピングを実践できる ■ あれば望ましい経験・スキル ■経験

・UXデザインやデザイン思考などの手法を取り入れたプロジェクト計画・プロセス設計を行った経験

・Webプロデューサーやプロジェクトマネージャーとして、企画提案や意思決定のリードを行った経験

・受託制作・コンサルティング等のクライアントワークの経験

■スキル

・英語:ビジネスレベル(読み書き・会話) ※グローバルプロジェクトでの業務に抵抗がない方

・Web標準やアクセシビリティに関する十分な知識を有しており、それらを考慮したWebサイト設計を実践できる

・デジタルサービスのUIUXデザインを監修することができる

・抽象度の高い課題でも論理的に整理し、具体的な施策に落とし込める思考力がある
