We expect that you will play an active role as a factory manager at an overseas base in the future, and we look forward to receiving applications from people who want to work globally.

After joining the company, you will spend about 1 to 3 months at the headquarters in Fukuyama City, Hiroshima Prefecture, learning the process and tasks while working on sales management, purchasing, business management, finance, and human resources, and then be assigned to the Philippines.
