Our team is seeking a dedicated FDC Engineer to take charge of fault detection and classification systems, a vital player in semiconductor manufacturing. This role involves cooperating closely with Process/Equipment Engineers, focusing on early anomaly identification, process optimization, and constant innovation in FDC methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute project tasks according to assigned schedules.
• Enhance FDC activities by grasping fundamental equipment management concepts and refining processes across different areas.
• Provide innovative solutions by developing and adapting FDC controllers for efficient production deployment.
• Implement changes and drive metric enhancements using IoT-based systems.
• Execute strategies to enhance business processes and elevate overall quality standards.
• Conduct troubleshooting of FDC systems and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with local and global project teams to deliver optimal solutions.
• Lead daily FDC health checks and work with cross-functional teams to reduce errors and alarms.

Requirements (partial):

• Proficiency in Statistical Process Control (SPC), FDC, and data analytics.
• Basic knowledge of statistical principles and calculations.
• Familiarity with Fab equipment operations and IoT technologies.
• Understanding of defense line concepts and adept problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills with team members and stakeholders.
• Strong time management and multitasking capabilities.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).
• Basic proficiency in English and Japanese communications.

Qualifications and Background:

Bachelor's degree in an engineering field or equivalent experience.
