Chemical Lab Engineerは、Chemical Lab内に設置された様々な分析機器を使用し、薬品、レジスト、スラリーといった直接原材料、DIWの品質分析を通し、原材料起因のエクスカージョン防止に寄与する。更に受け入れ後に問題発覚した場合にも同様の分析を行うことで原因を特定し再発防止に寄与する。分析のスケジュール立案、テクニシャンの作業分担、実行管理を行い、定期的な品質確認を確実にする。更にメーカーと調整し、装置安定のパラメータセッティング、レシピの改善、分析機器のメンテナンス、校正、トラブルシューティングを実行し、装置の安定稼動に貢献する。必要に応じ作業の内製化を進め、継続的なコストダウンをリードしていく。

業務はGlobalとのアラインを行い、他FABからの情報をFAB内で展開、共有を行う。

社内Customerからの新規分析依頼を受け取り、新規分析技術の開発と分析の専門家としてのアドバイザーとしてFABの課題に取り組む。

更にクリーンルーム環境にて異常発生した際にはオーナシップをとって問題解決にあたる。

Chemical分析業務の経験を3年以上有する。

メンバーのモチベーションを高め、良好なチームワークを構築する能力を有する。

口頭または文書でのコミュニケーションスキルに優れ、各チームと連携を取り業務に取り組む。

Description

Chemical Lab Engineers use various analytical instruments installed in the Chemical Lab to help prevent excursions caused by raw materials by analyzing the quality of direct raw materials such as chemicals, resists, and slurries, and DIW. Furthermore, if a problem is discovered after acceptance, similar analysis can be performed to identify the cause and help prevent recurrence. We plan analysis schedules, allocate technician work, manage execution, and ensure regular quality checks. Furthermore, we coordinate with manufacturers and parameter settings for device stability and recipe improvement, perform maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of analytical equipment, contributing to the stable operation of the equipment. We will move forward with in-house production of work as necessary and lead continuous cost reductions.

Operations will be aligned with Global, and information from other FABs will be informed and shared within FAB.

Receive new analysis requests from in-house customers, develop new analysis technologies, and work on FAB issues as an analysis expert advisor.

Furthermore, when an abnormality occurs in a clean room environment, they take ownership and solve the problem.

Business details

• List and update raw materials that require periodic analysis.

• Planning and execution management of regular raw material analysis plans

• Formulation and execution management of analysis plans during unsteady situations based on technical skills

• Appropriate evaluation and feedback of analysis results.

• Technical support as an analysis advisor in response to requests from FAB.

• Developing recipes for new analysis projects

• Stabilize the device and improve analysis accuracy by adding optimal parameters and control parameters (MDL improvement)

• Appropriate escalation and action planning based on technical skills when an abnormality occurs

• Developing appropriate equipment maintenance plans to maintain performance.

• Responsible for implementing optimal equipment maintenance plans through coordination with vendors.

• Initial investigation of sudden equipment troubles and resolution of minor problems.

• Promoting in-house production of vendor maintenance work

• Continuous cost reduction activities by in-house maintenance and optimization of work

• Enable 365-day support by promoting work sharing to Chem Lab technicians

Requirements (not all have to be met)

• Have at least 3 years of experience in chemical analysis work.

• Have the ability to motivate members and build good teamwork.

• Possesses time management, multitasking skills and high motivation.

• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and work in coordination with each team.

• Have Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/Power point) skills.

• Through smooth communication with manufacturers, it is possible to obtain effective information and prompt support.

• Possess or desire to acquire basic communication skills in English.
