自宅で試して納得のお買い物ができる、メーカー公認月額制レンタルモール。 オンラインで「見つける・申し込む・レンタルする・購入する」の全体験を手続き完了できる自宅完結型のサービスで、国内どこからでもご利用いただけます。 このサービスでは、「試してみて本当の良さがわかる」高額商品や大型アイテムなどを、いつもの日常生活の中で月額制で安心してじっくり体験できることが最大の特徴です。メーカー公認月額制レンタルモールで、直接メーカー様とお取引をしているため安心の品質とサポートを受けていただくことができます。

【業務内容】

UX(顧客体験)の向上を通じ、サービスをご利用いただいているお客様に、さらにサービスのファンになっていただくこと、よりご利用いただくための施策を立案、実行していただくポジションです。 ここから成長を加速していくフェーズにある事業であり、幅広い業務をご担当いただきます。

KPI/予算管理
- 戦略/戦術策定
- リサーチ(市場調査、競合調査)
- 定量/定性調査(ユーザーインタビューなど)
- UX(顧客体験)向上のための具体的な施策の立案・実行

The key feature of this service is the ability to experience high-value items and large-scale products, allowing customers to thoroughly try them out in their daily lives on a monthly subscription basis, understanding their true value. With our manufacturer-endorsed monthly subscription rental mall, customers can enjoy peace of mind knowing they're dealing directly with the manufacturers, ensuring quality and support.

    【Job Description】

    Through improving user experience (UX), this position focuses on devising and implementing strategies to turn our customers into even bigger fans of our service, as well as developing initiatives to increase usage. This is a phase of our business where growth is accelerating, and you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks.

    - KPI/budget management
    - Strategy/tactics formulation
    - Research (market research, competitor analysis)
    - Quantitative/qualitative research (such as user interviews)
    - Development and execution of specific measures to improve UX (customer experience)
    - Design and implementation of mechanisms and campaigns to encourage continued usage

    • Over 2 years of marketing experience in a business corporation
    • Project management experience
    • Practical experience in Web direction (Planning/Project Management/Operation & Effect Verification)
    • Experience in planning and designing Landing Pages (LPs) and banners

Conditions / Benefits

Employment type: Full Time

Location: Minami Aoyama, Minato-ku, Tokyo (Head Office)

Annual Salary: 4,000,000 - 6,000,000 JPY

  • Based on experience, ability, and previous work experience

Hours: 10:00 - 19:00
