訪問看護ステーションとは?


「病院ではなく、自宅で療養を受けたい」という方に向けたサービスを運営する施設です。

【主な業務内容】

  • レセプト業務(医療保険・介護保険請求)
  • 電話対応
  • 出納管理
  • 地域の病院、福祉関係者との連携

    ※ステーションへの来客はほぼ無いため、来客の対応はありません

【ステーション体制】

  • 管理者(看護師):1名
  • 看護師:4~10名
  • リハスタッフ:3~7名
  • 事務:1名

    ※ソフィア訪問看護ステーション1事業所あたりの標準的な人数体制です。

    事業所によっては、人数体制は多少前後します。

給与

  • 年俸制:年俸額を12分割し毎月支給
  • 年俸:2,820,000円~3,000,000円
  • 月額:235,000円~250,000円

<月額の内訳>

基本給:190,827円~203,007円

固定残業代:44,173円~46,993円

※時間外労働の有無に関わらず、30時間分の固定残業代を支給

※上記年俸・月額には30時間分の固定残業代が含まれます、固定時間超過分は別途支給

勤務時間

9:00-18:00(休憩1時間あり)

応募資格

・未経験OK(医療事務、一般事務の経験は問いません)

・基本的なPCスキル(Excelの関数などを調べながらできるレベルでOK)

・学歴不問

・30代・40代も活躍中

・医療事務経験者(医療機関の形態・資格は問いません)

・介護保険、医療保険請求業務の経験者

・訪問看護ステーションでの事務経験者

・年間休日120日以上(カレンダーによる)

医療保険、介護保険両方のレセプト(診療報酬請求)業務を経験し高いスキルを身につけられます。
- ##### 自分の裁量で業務のペース配分を決めてOK

一通り仕事を覚えた後は、自分のペースで仕事を進めてOK。例えばレセプト業務は毎月10日が締切なので、そこに向けて段取りを決めることが大切。「今日はここまで進めて、明日明後日で残りの部分に取り掛かろう」「来週は事務作業が少なめだから、書類整理をしよう」など、自分でタスクを管理できます。
- ##### 研修・フォロー体制充実未経験でも安心してスタートできます

入社後は4日間の研修でソフィアメディの経営理念や行動指針について学び、その後は事務業務について一から学んでいただきます。配属後はメンターが仕事内容を具体的に指導します。分からないことは積極的にチャットや電話などで相談し、知識を吸収しようとする前向きさも成長につながります。
