仕事内容


Maruishiグループの人材開発部門にて、中途採用業務を中心とした人事業務全般をお任せします。アミューズメント施設、飲食、フィットネスなど多岐にわたる事業を展開する当グループにおいて、総合職の採用活動を担当していただきます。中途採用を軸としながら、新卒・契約社員採用にも携わり、採用計画の立案、母集団形成、説明会の実施、応募者対応、面接の実施・調整、内定後・入社後のフォローまで、一連の採用プロセスに幅広く関与していただきます。

各事業部や現場責任者、取引先様との打ち合わせを通じて、求める人物像や採用要件をすり合わせながら、事業成長を支える人材の獲得を目指します。

勤務時間


固定時間制

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

09:00 ~ 18:00

その日の業務にあわせて勤務時間を柔軟に前後させてOKです。「夜に面談や会社説明会があるから、明日は遅めに出社しよう」など、自分でスケジュールを管理できます。

給与


年収 円 ~ 円

月給 257000円 ~ 284000円

※経験・能力等を考慮の上、加給・優遇いたします。

  • 昇給年1回(6月)
  • 賞与年2回(6月・12月/昨年度実績2ヶ月分)

試用期間あり

試用期間の長さ:6ヶ月

雇用形態、給与は本採用時と同じです。

週休2日制 ※原則、土日祝はお休み

※ご家族との予定等が平日でも事前に教えてくれば調整可能

趣味を楽しむ、音楽イベントの為休む、参観日で休む、BBQなので休む、など充実した日をおくりつつ、みんなで上手く休みをまわしながら働いてます
