仕事内容:

もんじゃビジネスを展開する『月島もんじゃ こぼれや』の店長候補として通常の店舗業務に加え、マネジメント業務を担当していただきます。

《業務内容》

ホールでのオーダー、ドリンク作成、レジなどの接客業務をメインに、

調理補助もお願いいたします。

もんじゃ焼きのお店なので、調理も難しいスキルは求めません

鉄板でのお客様への簡単な調理説明をした後は、お客様ご自身で焼いていただきます。

飲食店未経験の方にも、安心して覚えていただけますよ

当社は、東京・月島と浅草を中心に、もんじゃ焼きの専門店を7店舗展開しています。2026年春頃にはマレーシアに出店を控え、今後も国内外にさらなる出店を計画中です。将来的に希望があれば、海外への出張/駐在の可能性もあります

勤務時間・曜日:

所定労働時間内でシフト制(実働8時間)

〈働き方の一例〉

週3回は14:00~23:00勤務

週2回は10:00~23:00ロング勤務

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給¥330,000以上は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥79,311(45時間相当分)を含む。45時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

◎昇格と昇給のチャンス 年2回あり(1月・7月)

◎賞与年2回(6月・12月)

◎業績賞与(過去100万円支給の実績あり)
