ことばやコミュニケーションに不安を抱えるお子さまの"できる力"を育むお仕事です。

言語聴覚士として、一人ひとりの成長に寄り添いながら、「できた」の瞬間を一緒に喜んでいただきます。

【具体的な仕事内容】

・ことば・発音トレーニング、コミュニケーション支援

・個別支援計画の作成・モニタリング

・療育プログラムの実施・評価

・お子さまの送迎(AT限定可)

・記録や書類作成などの事務業務

10:00 出社/本日の支援内容・スケジュール確認

10:30 個別支援プログラムの準備・教材作成

12:00 昼休憩

13:00 学校へお迎え・送迎業務

14:00 個別支援・言語訓練・グループ活動

17:00 子どもたちの送り出し・日報記録

18:00 ミーティング・翌日の準備

・言語聴覚士のご経験がある方

・普通自動車運転免許(AT限定可)

勤務時間・曜日:

平日10:00~19:00(休憩1時間)

土・日・休校日 9:00~18:00(休憩1時間)

・週休2日(定休日は土日)※1回程度/月出勤あり

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥259,000 〜 ¥500,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥18,000(11時間相当分)を含む。11時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

月給25.9万円~(試用期間24.5万円~)

※ドライバーできる場合 月給+5000円

※固定残業代11時間を含む

◆経験・能力・成果に応じ基本給の昇給あり

◆扶養者手当:扶養者が1人の場合5,000円・扶養者が2人以上の場合10,000円支給

◆交通費支給(上限月2万)

年収 約350万~400万円相当
