職務内容
- アジア地域(日本、台湾、韓国、中国、インド)の商業学習戦略を策定・実行
- 新製品・新手技導入に伴うトレーニングプログラムの企画・実施
- 営業組織のスキル開発、セールス効果向上のための学習プログラム設計
- チーム(直下5名、全体12名+中国JVチーム)を率いて人材育成
- KPI設定、効果測定、改善策の立案
- 規制・法令遵守を徹底したトレーニング運営
理想の人材
- 規制産業(医療、製薬、金融など)でのトレーニング組織リーダー経験(5年以上)
- トレーニング・人材開発分野での経験10年以上
- 戦略策定、プロジェクト管理、クロスファンクショナル連携の実績
- 日本語・英語:ビジネスレベル以上
- 国際出張対応(40%以上)
