勤務時間・曜日:

「残業で人生が終わる」のは、もうやめましょう。

多様性のある働き方

「8:00〜17:00(休憩:1h)」や「9:00〜18:00(休憩:1h)」など、プロジェクトによってスタート時間は様々。

あなたのワークライフバランスや生活リズムに合わせて、無理なくスタートできます。

残業は「ほどよく」が一番

  • 全社平均:月20時間ほど(1日1h程度)
  • 残業代全額支給: 働いた分は、1分単位で100%支給します。「定時で即帰る日」もあれば、「少し頑張って給料を増やす月」もある。【自由度×安定収入】のイイトコ取り
  • 直行直帰OK: 無駄な移動時間をカット。
  • 土日祝休み: 週末は自分の趣味や推し活にフルコミット

完全週休2日制(土日)、祝日

原則屋内禁煙、喫煙室あり

東京都 渋谷区 明治神宮前駅より徒歩3分、原宿駅より徒歩8分

研修後都内の各プロジェクトに配属となります。

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥250,000 〜 ¥450,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥48,000(24時間相当分)を含む。24時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
