担当領域は、営業戦略立案・重要顧客交渉・育成マネジメント・事業課題の改善提案など多岐に渡り、

経営層と直接やり取りする機会も豊富です。

マネジメント対象は、1チームに留まらず、拠点単位での統括なども可能。

仕事内容


人材派遣営業(マネージャー候補)急成長ベンチャー企業/フレックス可/服装自由/年休120日/転勤

【仕事内容】

  • チームマネジメント

営業メンバーの目標設定と進捗管理/育成・フォロー(同行営業、ロープレ、1on1など)/問題があるメンバーへの対応(遅配・クレーム対応力など)

  • クライアント対応

重要顧客の折衝(契約交渉・増員提案・条件交渉など)/既存顧客の深耕営業(他部署への展開、課題ヒアリング)/派遣スタッフの定着フォロー、トラブル対応

  • 営業戦略の実行

エリア戦略、重点顧客の選定/KPI・KGIの管理(アポ数、成約率、稼働人数など)

  • 組織・戦略マネジメント

複数拠点または複数チームの統括管理/中期的な営業戦略や新規事業の検討/業績データの分析と改善施策の立案

  • 経営層との橋渡し

経営陣へのレポート・提案(業績報告・課題と打ち手)/事業計画の作成、予算・採算管理/他部署(採用、人事、経理など)との連携強化

  • 組織課題の解決

離職率の改善、教育制度の整備/成果主義や評価制度の導入・運用/トラブルや炎上案件の最終対応窓口

500万円~800万円 ※提示年収は、今までのご経験や選考の中でのご評価によって決定いたします。最低年収を下回る可能性もございますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
