  • 配属先ミッション

弊社ADAS開発部では、世界最先端の先進安全技術を導入し、安全運転を支援するクルマづくりを行っております。具体的には、クルマに搭載する、センサの設計、ソフトウェア開発、車両実験など予防安全領域における全ての業務を担っております。

その中でも当部署では、ADAS開発におけるMBD技術開発、運転支援機能開発を担当しております。

  • 職務内容

ADAS開発効率化のためのシミュレーション環境の企画、開発をご担当いただきます。また開発したシミュレーション環境を実際の開発で適用するためのプロセスの取り纏めをご担当いただきます。

<具体的には>

ADAS技術は、ステレオカメラに代表されるセンサによる認識・認識結果に基づいた制御アプリ演算、その制御演算結果に対する車両制御といった各要素からなります。

それら各要素に関する机上モデルシミュレーション(MILS)や、一部実機(センサ、アクチュエータ等)を用いた台上シミュレーション(HILS)技術の企画・開発と、それら机上台上技術を各制御開発プロセスへ適用及び実務メンバーへの定着のための人材育成に携わっていただきます。

<使用言語/環境/ツール/資格等>

Matlab/Simulink、CAN関連ツール(CANalyzer、CANape等)、dSPACEツール(SCALEXIO、MABX等)、CarSim、RoadRunner、UnrealEngine、Microsoft Office全般、普通自動車免許

  • 必須要件

普通自動車免許と以下いずれかのご経験をお持ちの方

・MATLAB/Simulinkの使用経験

・CarSimの使用経験

・dSPACE社製品(SCALEXIOやMABX)の使用経験

・MILS/HILSの開発経験

・車両運動制御の知識

・モデルベース開発の知識

・各種センサ、画像認識についての知識

  • 求める人物像

関係部署やサプライヤと連携し、チームで開発を行うのに支障ないコミュニケーション能力と協調性を有する方。シミュレーションオペレータに留まるのではなく、理屈・メカニズムを深堀り理解した上で、机上台上開発技術の構築~運用を進められる方。新技術や知見獲得、課題解決に自ら積極的に動ける方。

・想定年収:550万円以上

※想定年収は、時間外手当30時間/月を含んだ例。
