令和8年春(4~5月)、新規開設の障がい者グループホーム「ミ

ナトキ」において、入居者様の生活支援を行います。

主な業務は、食事の準備や見守り、服薬確認、清掃・洗濯の支援、

日常生活に関する相談対応、支援記録の作成などです。

夜間支援員は、夜間・早朝の見守り、巡回、緊急時対応、朝食準備

などを行います。

身体介助は最小限で、利用者様のペースを尊重した関わりを大切に

していきます。

未経験の方も、入職時研修や同行支援、専門職によるフォロー体制

など、安心して働ける環境を整えていきます。
