【仕事内容】
Mission
当社グループのグローバル内部統制2LoDチームの一員として、日本における内部統制の運用状況を確認・改善し、グループ全体の業務品質・コンプライアンスレベル向上を推進するポジションです。
各部門の業務ルールやチェック体制が「設計どおりに機能しているか」「リスクを適切に抑えられているか」を点検・評価し、必要に応じて改善提案・仕組みづくりまでリードします。
国内外の関係者(日本の各部門、APAC・グローバル本部、シェアードサービス部門)と連携しながら進める、グローバル色の強い役割です。
※補足:LoD(Line of Defense)とは、内部統制における役割分担の考え方です。
1LoDはコントロールを設計し統制を運用するオペレーション部門、2LoDはその統制が適切に機能しているかを評価・支援する部門を指します。本ポジションは2LoDの立場で、全社の内部統制レベル向上をリードします。
Roles And Responsibilities
日本における内部統制2LoDチームのマネジメント(該当する場合)
グローバル本社指示・ガイドラインに従い、日本におけるInternal Control Standards (ICS)テスト活動を計画・実行する。
グローバル本社方針に基づいた、内部統制の点検・評価計画の立案
業務プロセスやチェック体制が適切に機能しているかの確認(設計面・運用面の両方)
点検結果の取りまとめ、改善提案の作成およびマネジメントへの報告
各部門(現場)に対する内部統制に関するアドバイス、教育・トレーニングの実施
国内外関係部門(APAC・グローバル本部、シェアードサービス部門)との連携、調整
グループICS(内部統制評価・テスト)ツールにおいて2LoDの役割を担い、日本の1LoDユーザーをトレーニング
業務改善、特別プロジェクトへの参画

【応募資格】
必須:
多国籍企業における最低2年以上の経験
財務(会計および/またはトレジャリー)、法務、コンプライアンス、監査分野いずれかにおける最低5年以上の実務経験
ビジネスレベルの英語力(会話はもちろんですが、ドキュメントの読み書きが多くなります)
ネイティブレベルの日本語力

US GAAP
US SOX, J-SOXまたはICSの経験
プレッシャーのかかる環境および不確実性の中で成果を出した経験。
