・専門学校、及び短大、大学卒以上

・社会人経験(他社での就業経験)が3年以上ある方

・基本的なPC操作(ワード、エクセルなど)ができる方

・土日祝勤務できる方

※業界経験は問いませんが、スタッフのシフト管理などを含むマネジメント経験や、ホテル・百貨店などの集客施設で接客経験のある方も活躍しています。

就業時間:

1ヶ月単位の変形労働時間制(月平均163時間)

※月ごとに勤務シフト決定

【勤務シフト例】

10:00~18:00、14:00~22:00 など

※担当劇場の公演時間に準じる。

休憩時間:

6時間以上の場合は45分間以上、8時間以上の場合は60分間以上

残業:

有

休日:

  • 年間休日120日

  • 有給休暇(入社半年後に付与)

  • 慶弔休暇・育児休暇・介護休暇等、特別休暇 あり

賃金:

月給 230,000円

月給230000~270000円(※経験、能力を考慮のうえ決定。試用期間3ヶ月中待遇に変動なし)

※固定残業代10時間分を含む(10時間を超過した分及び法定の割増し賃金分は別途支給)

- 初年度想定年収:350万~400万円

【賞与・昇給】

- 賞与 年2回(業績に応じて)
