業績好調の中、技術者を中心に中途採用による人材強化を行うため、即戦力で採用業務を担っていただく方を募集しています。

■業務内容

技術者や管理系職種のキャリア採用の実務を担っていただきます。

採用ニーズが発生次第、現場責任者・代表と連携してペルソナ設定を行い、最適な採用手法を選定します。

・採用部門との打ち合わせ、要件定義

・採用媒体・エージェントの運用、調整

・応募者対応、書類スクリーニング

・面談・面接対応

・内定者フォロー、クロージング対応

その他、現状の仕組みを整えたり、採用戦略・戦術の企画立案に携わっていただくことも期待します。

【求める人材】

■必須要件

・製造業関係の中途採用(技術者含む)経験3年以上

(事業会社もしくは人材紹介会社)

・MS Office全般(Word、Excel、PowerPoint)の操作

■歓迎要件

・採用計画や企画から実施、フォローまでの一貫した経験

・ダイレクトリクルーティングの経験

・英語力

【給与】

600~1,000万円前後(残業等、各種手当込み)
