保険ソリューション事業本部 TLシステム事業企画室
【組織の概要】
生命保険会社様とともに、システム化構想の立案やAIなど最新技術の活用提案、PoCの推進から、要件定義・システム設計・開発までをワンストップで手掛けています。
2024年10月に立ち上げた比較的新しい部署です。生保業務や保険システム開発の経験・知見を有する15名程度のメンバーが、小回りの利く体制で業務を進めています。
お客様の戦略的パートナーとして、ビジネス領域が着実に拡大しており、ともに事業成長を推進していただける仲間を募集しています。
【募集職種の期待役割】
当部では、超上流工程からITデリバリーまでを一貫して担っているため、皆さまのご経験や志向に合わせた柔軟なアサインが可能です。具体的な役割や関わり方については、選考過程で擦り合わせさせていただきます。

・生命保険システム開発の経験をお持ちの方
過去の開発経験を活かし、システム開発プロジェクトに参画。お客様との関係構築を通じて業務理解を深め、次回プロジェクトの企画・提案フェーズにも参画いただきます。
・生命保険業務に精通されている方
業務知識を活かして企画・提案フェーズから参画し、事業拡大に寄与。案件化されたプロジェクトをITデリバリーまで関わることで、システム面の知見を習得・拡充していただくことも可能です。
【具体的な職務内容】
生命保険会社様向けに、以下の業務のいずれかまたは複数に携わっていただきます。
・企画・提案
‐ システム開発プロジェクトの企画立案・ご提案活動
‐ AIなど最新技術の活用提案・案件化
・コンサルティング・業務支援
‐ 顧客業務プロセスの可視化や業務フロー再設計
‐ システム刷新の構想を策定、お客様と意見交換を重ねながら具体化
・システム開発プロジェクト推進
‐ 大規模システム開発プロジェクトのマネジメントと設計・開発推進
‐ 現行システムの機能改善プロジェクトのマネジメントと設計・開発推進

・生命保険会社向けシステム開発のご経験
‐ 基本設計から実装・テストまでの工程を経験された方
‐ 使用言語の種類は問いません
・生命保険会社のIT部門または業務部門でのご経験
- 業務要件定義やシステム化・ツール導入案件の推進を担当された方
・生命保険会社向けのシステム企画・提案のご経験
- 生命保険会社との関係構築や意見交換を行い、提案書を作成してシステム企画・提案を実施した経験をお持ちの方
