《エンタメ業界におけるチケット販売をサポートするポジション》
Express Passの販売に関する部門横断プロセスのプロジェクトのサポートメンバーを担う

【ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES】

Express Pass販売準備サポート

1.チームリーダー ならびに 他チームと連携して期日通りまでに正確性をもって販売前後の在庫設定を担当
 <販売前>
 ・Express Passのチケットコード登録準備 ならびに 管理シートの整備
 ・Express Passのチケットコード ならびに ゲスト体験組み合わせパターンの生成
 ・Express Passの在庫設定
 <販売後>
 ・ビジネスの状況に応じて、迅速 かつ 柔軟なExpress Pass在庫の調整
  ※ 同時に複数の作業を担当いただきます
  ※ 販売するためのタスクはチームリーダーから与えられます

2.上記の販売プロセスに関するより効率的 かつ 正確な業務への改善サポート   
  ※ 積極的な業務改善提案は大歓迎です

3.必要に応じて、システム担当者/外部ベンダーと販売準備に関するコミュニケーションを担当

【REQUIREMENTS】

<必須>
1. エクセル、システムへの入力業務経験
2. 複数のタスクや調整を同時に処理した経験(作業側)

<あれば尚可>
1. 業務プロセス構築や業務効率化の経験
2. 複数部署 あるいは 複数企業との調整業務の経験がある

【選考プロセス】

・書類選考
・面接(2回)※1次面接はオンラインで実施します

【勤務時間】

標準的な勤務時間 9:30~18:15(実働7時間45分)
※フレックス勤務、コアタイムなし

【休日/休暇】

年間休日120日(月9-11日)、基本土日休み
