コンテンツ(edX、その他教育コンテンツ)制作運営業務の支援をお願いします

[具体的には‥?]

・日本語/英語コンテンツ編集補助

・日本語/英語オンラインコンテンツ確認

・日本語/英語スクリプトの確認

・日本語/英語字幕設定

  • 著作権処理代行業務(主に海外案件)の支援

・インターネット、文献資料等による著作権者の調査・著作物情報の入力および管理(書類保管も含む)

・社外クライアントとの電話、FAX、電子メール等でのやりとり

・著作権者との電話、FAX、郵便、英語での電子メール等でのやりとり

・英語サイトへの入力・許諾状況の進捗管理DB入力

*基本的にやり取りはメール、調査はweb調査

  • 庶務業務(日本語)・書類の確認、コピー、ファイリング

・ワード、エクセル、パワーポイントでの資料作成

・チーム定例会議、業務に関する打合せ参加

資格


・社会人経験5年以上

・責任感を持って時間管理をしながら複数の仕事を並行して担うことができる人

・英語が出来る方(TOEIC 850点程度、またはそれと同等)

・ワード・エクセル・パワーポイントの作業が出来る方

・編集、校正業務の経験のある方

・LMS、CMSなどの設定作業が苦にならない方

・調査(ネット環境・書籍・文献含む)・ルーティンワーク・事務作業・社外のクライアントおよび著作権者と電話対応が苦にならない方

勤務時間


・9:00~17:30 / 実働7h30m

休日


*土日祝休み
