Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer specializing in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain customized Salesforce solutions to support business operations and enhance customer engagement. The developer will work closely with internal teams to ensure scalability, performance, and platform optimization.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Lightning components, and workflows
- Customize and integrate Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience) based on business needs
- Participate in solution design, testing, debugging, and deployment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirements gathering and technical implementation
- Support continuous improvements and Salesforce platform upgrades
- Optimize user experience and automate business processes
Requirements
- 4–5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud)
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Business-level proficiency in Japanese or English
