<仕事内容>

施術スタッフとして、お客様の体幹軸調整ストレッチの施術を担当していただきます。

<具体的には>

お客様への施術(マッサージ・骨盤矯正・体幹軸調整など)

カウンセリング

お客様のお出迎え、お見送り

予約の受付、管理(サロンボードを用意た簡単な操作)

お会計

開店準備、閉店準備

床清掃、洗濯

人を癒す仕事にも興味があったのと、未経験でも働けるため当社を選びました。

  • いくつかありますが、特に大きいのはスタッフ同士の仲の良さです。

    1年以上経ちますが、ギクシャクするような場面は1度もありません。

プライベートでは相性が合うけど、仕事だと合わないとか、その逆だったりすることが多々あると思いますが、当店のメンバーはプライベートでも仕事でも相性が良いですね。

  • パーソナルトレーナーやストレッチトレーナーなどの経験者
  • マッサージ、タイ古式マッサージ、ストレッチ、揉みほぐし、整体・矯正、骨盤矯正・骨格矯正などいずれかの専門知識や経験がある方
  • ヨガ、ピラティス、ボディメイクに通った経験がある方
  • 各種ナイトワーク(クラブ、ラウンジ、キャバクラ、バー、スナックなど)のフロアスタッフ、ホールスタッフ、カウンターレディ経験がある方

  • 美容部員、アパレル販売員、コンビニ店員、飲食店店員、カラオケ店員などの接客業の経験者 など

  • 身体の仕組みを深く理解するための解剖学から、お客様に合わせたパーソナルストレッチの技術まで、基礎から丁寧に教えていきます。"美容"について更に知識を深めたい方にもオススメです

10:00~22:00

週3~5日勤務

勤務時間の相談OK

完全予約制のため、残業はありません

<遅番スタッフの1日のスケジュール例>

  • 12:30 着替えと1日の予約確認
  • 13:00 お客様をお出迎え

・カウンセリング

・60分or90分のストレッチ(施術)

・お体について最後のカウンセリング

・お見送り

  • 16:00 休憩
  • 18:00 施術・接客・パソコン業務など
  • 22:00 退勤、お疲れ様でした

※早番勤務19:00または20:00に退勤です

※施術に慣れてからは1日3~5名の施術をお願いします

給与詳細


基本給:時給 1600円 〜 1800円

※初月の給与時給1600円

インセンティブあり

毎月、指名料(3,000円)を全額還元します。

・週5回勤務 160h×時給1,800円+指名バック 90,000円=378,000円

・週4回勤務 128h×時給1,600円+指名バック 60,000円=264,800円
