ベンチャーキャピタリストの業務概要

ベンチャーキャピタリストは、投資領域の調査、ソーシング、デューデリジェンス、ディール交渉、リターン分析、投資先支援、LP対応を含む幅広い業務に携わります。
Coreline Venturesは、グローバルで1つのファンドを運用して投資を行うため、各国での知見を共有する姿勢を特に大切にしています。
週1回グローバルで投資案件や投資先の進捗の議論を行うほか、年2回グローバルチームで集まり、数日間に渡って各国の投資仮説を議論する場を設けています。こうした活発な意見交換を通じて、多様の投資テーマや各国のマーケット状況への理解を深めており、これらの取り組みは実際の投資実績にも大きく貢献しています。

求める人物像

2年以上の実務経験がある(起業やスタートアップ経営の経験、VCとしての経験はプラス)
テクノロジーやスタートアップに対する興味や知識を持っている
自発的探究心、論理的思考性、高いコミュニケーションスキルがある
海外MBAを持っている方歓迎

Role Description

As a Venture Capitalist, you will engage in a wide range of investment activities, including market research, deal sourcing, due diligence, deal execution, return analysis, portfolio support, and LP communications.

We operates a single global fund and emphasizes cross-regional collaboration.

The global team meets weekly to discuss investment opportunities and portfolio updates, and gathers twice a year for in-depth discussions on investment theses.

These ongoing exchanges deepen the team's understanding of diverse investment themes and regional market dynamics, directly contributing to strong investment outcomes.

Who We're Looking For
2+ years of professional experience (Experience in startups, entrepreneurship, or venture capital is a plus)
Strong interest in technology and startups
Intellectual curiosity, strong analytical and logical thinking skills, and communication skills
Ability to communicate effectively in both Japanese and English
Overseas MBA preferred
