Webエンジニアリング力を活かして、QCDコントロールを行い事業KPIの達成支援を行う部門です。
今回募集をおこなっているのは、1.2億人に上るTカード利用者向けWebサービス開発において、フロントエンド領域の上流工程を担うディレクターです。
デジタルシフトにおいて全社的に必要とされている、Web制作・開発案件のディレクション領域をリード頂きます

仕事内容

T会員向けWebサービスの制作/開発ディレクションを担当頂きます。


・フロントエンド画面設計
企画者やサービスの要求を整理し、画面要件定義を行って頂きます。

・制作 / 開発ディレクション業務
Webサービスやアプリのフロントエンド開発や、Web制作のディレクションを行って頂きます。
ステークホルダーとの調整、進行管理、外注コントロールや内製チーム連携、QAなどを担います。

・運用 / 課題改善業務
品質 /開発効率の向上を目的として既存サービスの課題発見、改善ディレクションを行って頂きます。

求める人物像

■必須条件
以下いずれかのご経験
Webディレクター経験(制作・開発チームのディレクション経験) 3年以上の方
Web制作経験(HTML / CSS / JavaScriptコーディング) 3年以上の方

■歓迎条件
Adobe(XD/PhotShop/Illustrator)取り扱い経験
APIを用いたWebアプリケーションのチーム開発のディレクション経験

Tポイントサービス、モバイルTカードといった大規模サービスのフロントエンド領域を通してスキルアップ、新たなキャリアパスへのチャレンジが可能です。

職種 / 募集ポジション MK_Web制作ディレクター 雇用形態 正社員 給与 年収 500万円 〜 800万円 月給:378,788円~※上記はあくまで目安となり、経験・スキル等を踏まえて決定します※残業代は別途支給します∟年収600万円以上の場合は、30時間分の残業手当が含まれます。(内訳:基本給\315,860~ 固定残業代\100,807~)∟30時間を超過した場合は超過分をお支払いします。 勤務地
