はじめまして代表の稲田です

今回久しぶりの求人募集なんですが・・・

少しでも皆さんに安心してほしくて、ちょっとだけ自分の事、会社の事、お話しさせて下さい

高卒で電気工事をやっている会社に勤めたのですが、3年くらいで勤めていた会社が倒産しちゃったんです。。。その後は水道屋、足場屋などいろいろやって、最後にやったのはなんとホスト(笑)でも身を固めないといけない事情もあり、結局この空調設備の仕事に戻ってきました

ホストからいきなりこの仕事を再スタートしたので、最初はお客さんも全くいなくて・・・案件取るのに必死でした昔の知り合いに片っ端から電話しましたね(笑)でも、個人で8年くらいやっていくうちに、一緒にやってくれる仲間も仕事も増えていって、お陰様で今では回りきらないくらい案件も豊富に頂けていますそれで、今回求人を出すことにしたんです

正直、いまは4名でやってる会社なので、「これからどんどん会社デッカくしてこうぜ」みたいな事は考えてないです「教育体制」みたいな立派なものはないし、大手ゼネコンさんの案件とかも、堅苦しいので取っていません(笑)

でもうちに入ってくれたからにはみんな「家族」だと思っているので、社員はもちろん、その家族にも安心して生活して欲しいそして、少しでも良い生活をして欲しいと思っています。そのために未経験でも月給30万円以上で給与を設定していますし、資格取得だって会社で全額負担します(色んな資格が取れます)

仕事内容

店舗やビル、学校や病院など、

さまざまな建物で使われている

業務用エアコンの設置や、

メンテナンスをするお仕事です

★現場は東京都内、埼玉県内が中心です

<1日の仕事の流れ(例)>

▼8:00…現場スタート(現場直行もOK)

▼10:00…午前中の休憩時間

▼12:00…昼休憩

▼13:00…午後の作業スタート

▼15:00…午後の休憩時間

▼17:00…作業終了、現場から直帰

<制服、道具全部用意します>

制服も道具も全部用意するので、未経験でもやってみたいという方は大歓迎複数名で作業するので、1人っきりで作業することはありませんエアコンの種類や道具の名前、使い方からしっかり教えます

<会社負担でたくさん資格取れます>

・第二種電気工事士

・認定電気工事従事者

・冷媒回収技術者

・玉掛技能講習

・安全衛生責任者教育

・ガス溶接技能講習

・高所作業車運転技能講習 などなど

これらの資格は全部会社のお金で取れます

必須:普通自動車免許をお持ちの方
