【仕事内容】

・経理領域を中心に、コーポレート全体のDX推進をリード。業務設計、データ基盤づくり、SaaS連携、AI活用などを通じて生産性を向上。

・業務改善・BPRの主担当として、経理DXの設計、管理会計基盤の構築、AI/自動化実装を担当。

・月次決算リード、監査・税務対応も含めたガバナンス強化。

・経理を起点に、経費精算・販売管理などバックオフィス全体の効率化を推進。

・データの可視化やGPT活用による意思決定支援の仕組みづくり。

・経理部長と共に、0ベースでの経理組織づくりに参画。

【求める人材】

・業務改善・BPRの主担当経験(2年以上)

・システム導入/入替経験(要件定義~定着まで1件以上)

・月次決算業務経験および会計知識

・AI/自動化の運用経験(GPT活用など)

・管理会計基盤設計経験(勘定設計、データ統一)

【給与】

・年収:800万円~1,200万円

(月給:606,061円~757,577円)

基本給:435,819円~544,774円

固定残業35時間:121,524円~151,905円

ベースエリア手当:48,718円~60,898円

月額賞与実績:60,606円~75,758円

・賞与:年2回(6月・12月)

・給与改定:年2回(4月・10月)
