■業務内容

・製品ライフサイクルを支援する、高品質かつ規制要件に準拠した臨床文書の作成(指導の下)

・会社のSOPやガイドラインに準拠した、タイムリーな文書納品

・新たなデジタル技術、AIソリューション、効率的なプロセスの積極的な学習と導入

・申請資料や規制当局への回答文書の作成(シニアメンバーの指導・監督下)

・規制文書に関する要件の継続的な把握

・他部門との連携および効果的な業務遂行

・複雑な課題の適宜エスカレーション、および進捗状況の報告

・関連ステークホルダーへのプロジェクト状況の更新・共有

・計画・進捗・報告ツールへの正確な情報管理

・ベンダーのメディカルライターとの調整サポート(上司の指導下)

・文書スタイルの一貫性保持と社内基準の遵守

■応募条件

・英語および日本語で、明確・正確・簡潔に臨床文書を作成できる能力(例:科学論文執筆経験、編集経験など)

・メディカルライターとしての経験、または臨床開発関連職での経験

・ガイドラインや社内プロセスを遵守できる能力

・多文化・多言語環境で効果的に業務遂行できる能力
