パート・アルバイト】モノづくりコーディネーター(進行管理から検品・仕上げ段取り)

仕事内容:

「モノを売れる状態まで製造し、納品につなげる段取り役」です。

営業と工場(外注先)、社内をつなぎ、納期・品質の段取りを行います

① 受注〜製造〜出荷までの進行管理役

  • 受発注管理、手配、納期スケジュールの組み立て
  • 外注先(協力工場)への発注、進捗確認
  • 出荷までに必要な段取り(資材・工程・納品書など)

製品の受発注から手配、出荷するまでの工程を全部スケジューリングして回していきます

② 検品・仕上げ工程の段取り

  • 加工から上がってきた商品の検品
  • 次工程に回すための資材準備(袋・紐など必要部材のチェック)
  • 仕上げ加工先へ材料を渡し、仕上がりまでの進行管理
  • 最終的に"売れる状態"にして出荷につなげる

出来上がってきたモノを売れる状態にするまでの段取りをして、出荷までつなげていきます

③ 間に立って調整する仕事

お客様の希望と、工場現場の現実。その間に立つ場面が必ずあります。現実的に難しいことをお客様からご依頼いただくこともありますが、伝え方や判断が大事です。生産側と営業で歩み寄らないといけない部分もあるので、間に立って調整をしていきます。

未経験でも大丈夫?先輩社員の転職理由・前職・1年目のリアル

① 営業職から転職

前職:インテリア業界/営業

転職理由: 営業職は定時で帰れず、子育てとの両立が難しかったため。 営業経験を活かしながら、時間的に無理のない働き方ができる仕事を探していました。

入社1年目の動き: 最初は受発注や手配など営業事務に近い業務からスタート。 専門用語や工程はゼロから覚え、「PP袋?パッキン?」という状態からのスタートでしたが、 現場に入りながら少しずつ理解し、1年ほどで製造管理全体を任されるようになりました。

② 保育士・医療事務から転職

前職:保育士 → 医療事務

転職理由: 結婚を機に大阪へ引っ越し。 土日祝休み・働きやすさを重視しつつ、 社長の「まずやってみよう」「相手の立場で考える」という考え方に共感して入社しました。

入社1年目の動き: 製造や工場の知識はまったくの未経験。 最初の数ヶ月は「何をしているのか分からない」状態でしたが、 分からないことはその都度質問しながら現場で覚え、 約1年で外注先とのやり取りや出荷まで一通り担当できるようになりました。

③ 事務・パート勤務から正社員へ

前職:事務職・ネットショップ関連(パート)

転職理由: 子育てが一段落し、「正社員としてもう一度働きたい」と思ったことがきっかけ。 事務だけでなく、モノに関わり、人とコミュニケーションを取る仕事がしたいと考えて応募しました。 面接での、子育てや女性の働き方への理解の深さも決め手でした。

入社1年目の動き: 検品や仕上げ工程、出荷までの段取りなど、現場に近い業務からスタート。 少しずつ任される範囲が広がり、 現在は「売れる状態に整えて出荷する」重要な工程を担当しています。
