社内向け動画の制作会社です。

【仕事内容】

・お客様へのヒアリングや

提案内容のすり合わせ、

メール・対面でのやり取り

・見積作成から精算までのフロント業務全般

・制作開始後のスケジュール・予算の管理

営業ノルマはありませんが、

質の高い成果物づくりを通じてリピート獲得を目指します

映像制作の業務を幅広く経験でき、

セミナーやイベント収録・商品紹介動画

再現ドラマ制作まで、

多彩な映像制作技術を身につけられます。

※経験、能力に応じて撮影・演出・編集も

担当していただく場合がございます

作品に丁寧に向き合える環境

主に担当するのは

企業や中央省庁・地方自治体から

直接受けている案件です。

制作期間は3ヶ月程の案件が中心で、

時間に追われるのではなく、

一つひとつの作品に

丁寧に向き合える環境です。

企画内容等についても大きな裁量があり、

【必須条件】

  • 業務に必要な日本語スキル(ビジネスレベル)をお持ちの方

*基本的なPC操作が可能な方

*専門学校・短大卒以上

  • 20代~30代の若手中心に活躍中

業務での編集経験がある方を特に優遇

・Adobe Premiere Pro(映像編集)ソフト

・Adobe Illustrator・Adobe Photoshop(画像加工)ソフト

  • 未経験からチャレンジする方だけでなく

「映像業界で働いてきたが

今の環境に限界を感じている」

「派遣やフリーランスだったけど

正社員として腰を据えたい」という方にも

9:00~18:00(実働8h)

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代・一律手当の総額

基本給:月給 15万6000円 〜

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり6万1300円 〜(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり40時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:あり

1ヶ月あたり4万4500円 〜 7万5000円

*給与はご経験に応じて決定いたします。
