•Lead Market Expansion and Localization Strategy: Oversee the development and implementation of business expansion and localization strategies for DingTalk in the Japanese market, including product functionality, experience, marketing, and customer service.


•Drive Product Localization: Collaborate with DingTalk product teams to ensure that the product features, interfaces, and experience align with the needs of Japaneses. This includes overseeing Japanese translation and proofreading to guarantee high-quality localized content, interface design, and promotional materials. Continuously improve the experience of the localized product.


•Client Development and Partnership Building: Deeply understand the needs of Japanese businesses and promote the adoption of DingTalk hardware (A1) and AI-powered tables in Japanese enterprises. Establish and maintain relationships with local businesses, channel partners, agents, and other stakeholders to expand market reach.


•Responsibile for Team Recruitment, Building, and Management: Lead the recruitment and management of a localized team in Japan, including marketing, sales, customer service, and technical support team. Provide guidance and oversight for market research, feedback collection, and localization efforts.


•Market Activities and Brand Promotion: Plan and execute online and offline marketing activities to enhance brand awareness and retention in Japan. Partner with local media, influencers (KOLs), and industry exhibitions to strengthen DingTalk's market presence.

● 日本市場でのビジネス開発

○ 顧客ニーズの把握・分析を行い、DingTalk ハードウェア(A1)や AI スプレッドシート等の導入を推進。

○ 日本国内企業、販売パートナー、代理店との協業体制を構築し、販売チャネルを拡大。

● チーム組織とマネジメント

○ マーケティング、営業、カスタマーサポート、技術支援などの日本ローカライズチームを採用・管理。

○ 市場調査やユーザーフィードバックをもとに、現地施策の企画・改善を主導。

● プロモーションおよびブランド戦略

○ オンライン・オフラインでのマーケティング施策を企画・実施し、ブランド認知向上を図る。

○ メディア、インフルエンサー、展示会など外部パートナーとの連携を通じて市場プレゼンスを拡大。
