Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Team Manager
to lead our Japan field and clinical teams, ensuring installation, clinical support, and commercial operations run seamlessly across hospitals nationwide.
The role requires strong leadership, operational discipline, daily task management, and clear communication across multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and structure field engineers and clinical specialists to ensure high performance and protocol compliance.
- Oversee installations, hospital visits, and training to maintain smooth operations and workflow consistency.
- Supervise the team's daily schedule, inspect task completion, and ensure priorities and deadlines are met.
- Maintain clear communication between field engineers and hospital users to support coordination and follow-up.
- Maintain internal communication within the Japan team and act as the main link between MedHub Japan, MedHub Israel, and third-party partners.
- Track system usage rates and clinical performance, driving continuous improvement across sites.
- Recruit, train, and mentor team members to maintain high professional and technical standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, cardiologists, and KOLs.
- Coordinate reporting between HQ, the Japan General Manager, and local teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in the medical device field, preferably in interventional cardiology.
- Proven leadership and operational management skills.
- Strong understanding of cath lab workflows and hospital operations in Japan.
- Excellent English and Japanese communication skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently across Japan.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI-based or cardiovascular imaging systems.
- Familiarity with post-marketing activities and data tracking.
- Previous experience in multinational medical device companies.
