法人が保有する不動産の有効活用提案を、事業企画から担当いただきます。

案件開発、企画提案、事業計画提案、受注を、社内外の関係者を巻き込み推進いただくことを期待しております。

【職務詳細】

以下プロジェクトの事業開発・企画営業業務をお任せします。

■事業企画

・顧客へのヒアリング

・エリア分析、マーケット調査

・不動産調査/分析

・事業収支作成

・企画書作成

・顧客へのプレゼンテーション

・社内調整(企画における設計・施工チームの、プロジェクトマネジメント)

■法人営業

・契約締結業務

・案件情報の開発

・新規アカウント開発

※出張:基本的にはオンラインを活用し、2ヶ月に1度あるかないかの頻度です。

■不動産・建築業界経験者

・不動産オーナーへの、有効活用提案経験者

・建築受注営業経験者

・建築プロジェクトマネジメント経験者

・不動産開発/企画等の経験

・建築/不動産業界での、コンサル業務経験者

■業界未経験者

・経営企画等の事業計画に携わっている方

・金融業界での、法人営業経験者

【尚可】

・不動産/建築/建設いずれかの業界における、法人営業経験

・建築受注営業経験 ・事業企画を含めた、プロジェクト推進経験

・事業会社での経営企画 ・事業企画の経験/コンサルティングファームでの経験

【給与】

年収:700万~900万程度

年俸制:月額583334円

給与:■経験、スキル、年齢を考慮の上、同社規定により優遇

賞与:インセンティブ制度あり

昇給:年1回(5月)

【勤務地】

大阪府大阪市西区靱本町1丁目13-9

地下鉄各線「本町」駅より徒歩3分

勤務地変更の範囲:雇入れ直後の配属先と同じ ※希望者は、将来的なキャリアチャレンジ制度などを利用した、部署および勤務地の変更も相談可

【勤務時間】

フレックスタイム制(コアタイム/11:00~14:00)※標準労働時間/1日8時間

契約期間:無期
