【仕事内容の魅力】

募集職種

ー

「総合職」としての採用です。

配属先により担当職務は異なりますが、広義の"デザイン"(制作・開発・企画等)に

従事しつつ、組織経営の中核を担う人材としてお迎えします。

どの職種でも画一的な業務はありません

案件ごとに職種横断的なプロジェクトチームを組んで業務にあたります。

各々の個性を発揮しながら、常に考え、自律的に動くチームワークを大切にしています。

仕事内容

ー

(1)ディレクター

雑誌・Web・動画・イベントなどの企画から完成までを統括する役割。

制作過程で判断を行い、チームをまとめるハブ的存在。

案件によってコピーライターやカメラマンなどを兼ねる場合もあり、

各自の個性を活かせる仕事です。

(2)デザイナー

広告やWeb、UI/UXなど幅広いビジュアル制作を担当。

アプリの設計やイメージアップのための施策立案等も含みます。

大手企業と直接取引し、自分のアイデアを世に広めるやりがいがあります。

デザインに関する特別な勉強や経験、専攻は不問、学び続ける姿勢が重要です。

(3)アカウントプランナー

営業というより「課題解決の企画提案」を行うクリエイティブコンサルタント。

多様な業界の企業と最上流の企画段階から関わり、幅広い経験を積めます。

(4)エンジニア

Webサイトやアプリの開発・実装のほか、AI活用など新分野での研究活動も。

全くの未経験で始めた社員の方が多く、研修でスキルを習得し活躍できます。

技術を磨きながら、仕様設計など上流工程にも挑戦できます。

(5)経営企画

人事・総務・広報・財務・法務などを通じて会社の基盤を支えます。
