【仕事内容】

【Mission】

国および自治体向け経営管理SaaSを開発してる企業にて、今会社の事業課題に依拠したファイナンス戦略を提案いただき、実行いただくことを期待しています。

また、IPOに向けた資金調達などの上場準備を推進していただくことで、事業成長を推進する役割を担っていただきます。

【業務詳細】

・資本政策の策定、国内外からの資金調達の企画立案、実行

・IPO準備における業務全般

・財務戦略の立案、財務分析、経営陣へのレポート

・コーポレート部門のファインスUnitの統括、体制構築

【求める人材】

・国内外の投資家面談や決算関連業務の経験

・資金調達支援の経験

・財務戦略立案の経験

・金融機関(特に投資銀行)、コンサルティングファーム、事業会社でのビジネス開発・経営企画・M&Aの経験をお持ちの方
