【募集背景と概要】
・ 『事業戦略に沿ったサプライチェーンの方針策定、および具現化に向けた商品開発への提案』『新商品導入プログラム活動におけるグローバルSCM部内の推進活動リーディング』がプログラム推進チームのミッションです。
・ 多角化・多様化する市場への商品提供において、施策を横断的に展開するため、即戦力となる人材を今回募集いたします。
【業務内容】
・ SCMにおける新商品導入、改革推進業務に従事いただき、商品企画/開発プロジェクトに参画し、SCMとしての原価低減や物流コストの戦略立てや提言をしながら、新商品導入に携わっていただきます。
SCMにおける新商品導入業務
新商品の立ち上げにSCM機能の代表として参加し、品種の適正化(必要不可欠な品種の絞り込み)をはじめとする在庫・物流費低減へのサプライチェーン上流からのアプローチを実施する。また新商品導入フェーズにおける部門内の活動リーディングを行う。SCMにおける新規改善改革活動の立案・実行
次世代を見据えたFBのサプライチェーン再構築のプロジェクト推進活動や部内DX・課題検討活動の推進を行う。

応募資格
【必須条件】
・ 製造業領域でのSCMの基礎知識(在庫管理や生産計画などの理解)
・ SCM領域でのタスク・プロジェクトを行った経験
※ 物流改善などのご経験がある方も歓迎
【歓迎条件】
・ 開発・生産・物流・市場領域の横断的な課題対応の経験
・ 品種適正化、物流改善等(梱包設計/物流導線等)の改善経験・知識
待遇
700~1,300万
