職務内容
【募集背景と概要】
・富士フイルムグループとして、事業展開をアジアパシフィック領域から全世界へ拡大しており、欧米のみならず、中東、インド、南アフリカ・国内でも新商品の導入を想定しております。
・今回はSCM機能の代表として、商品開発の段階や、次世代のサプライチェーン再構築のためのプロジェクト推進などに従事いただく人材を募集いたします。
【業務内容】
・富士フイルムグループ海外現地法人、生産拠点を含め、事業戦略や事業展開に沿った新たなサプライチェーン構築に従事いただきます。
①マーケット内シェアの向上のための仕入れ先ごとの需給プロセス構築と物流網構築
②海外現地法人/OEM先への需給調整と在庫管理及び商品供給
③需給及び物流プロセスの継続的な改善/改革活動による在庫適正化と物流費削減
④SCMシステム構築など

・入社時は欧米エリアをお任せしますが、将来的にはアフリカ圏、東南アジア圏にもビジネス拡大予定のため、ワールドワイドにSCM担当を担って頂きます。
応募資格
【必須条件】
・製造業でのサプライチェーン/需給業務の経験
・生産管理業務の経験
・現地法人と円滑に交渉・調整できる英語力
※海外現地法人/OEM先との英語での会議折衝が発生いたします。
・Microsoft Officeを活用してタスクを効率的に処理できるスキル
【歓迎条件】
・グルーバルSCM体制構築の経験
・生産計画、PSI管理、在庫管理、発注業務の経験
・物流管理業務の経験
・プロジェクトマネジメントスキル

700~1,300万
