仕事内容:

夜間16時30分から翌朝9時30分まで、グループホームの入居者様を支えるお仕事です。

夕食から朝食までの介護全般を担当し、排泄介助やおむつ交換、服薬準備、入居者様の見回りやコール対応など、

一人ひとりに向き合う実践的な介護を行います。看護師と24時間連絡可能な体制が整っているので、

医療的な不安も即座に相談できます。

夜勤専従だからこそ、介護業務に集中できる環境があります。清掃は業者に委託するなど、

雑務を減らし介護に専念できる工夫がされています。また、リフトなどの補助器具や充実した入浴設備により、

入居者様もスタッフも安全で安心した介護が実現。腰痛予防にも積極的に取り組んでいるため、

身体への負担を軽減しながら長く働き続けられます。月6回以上の勤務で、シフトはご相談に応じます。

初任者研修修了で1回24,865円~、介護福祉士なら25,225円~。朝食・夕食も支給されるため、食費の負担がなく実質手取りが増えます。夜勤回数は月6回以上のペースで計画できるので、プライベートとのバランスも取りやすいです。
