関関同立を目指す生徒が通う学習塾での

・生徒さんの管理

・講師の管理

・教室管理

・個別説明会(トークスクリプト通り)

・生徒募集の企画立案/実施

・入塾希望者のカウンセリング

授業はできなくてOK

面談力とコーチング力がある方歓迎

教室運営業務は、エリアマネージャーが運営を手伝います。

※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 27万9784円 〜

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり2万216円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり10時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する
