弊学園の2025年度年間休日日数(予定)は133日です。繁忙期閑散期は年間を通してございますが、学校ですので夏季・冬季休暇があり、トータルでは比較的多めの休日を取得することができています。勿論、年間有休取得日数は最低の5日間を必ず満たしつつ、振替休暇・時差出勤も可能なワークスタイルとなっています。産休・育休取得の際は代替の臨時職員を雇用して業務を引き継いでもらうことで、安心してお休みに入ることができるような体制を整えています。

②社会保険が手厚い

私立学校の教職員は全国に60万人以上おり、皆が所属している社会保険が私学共済です。この私学共済は、公務員共済の制度を模倣して設置されたものですので、公務員同等の手厚い福利厚生が実現されています。年金はいわゆる「3階建て」の構造(1階部分・国民年金、2階部分・厚生年金、3階部分・職域加算)となっており、将来の年金受給額は通常のサラリーマンの方々より多くなります。

勤務時間・曜日:

8:30~17:00(休憩時間45分)

週休2日制、年間休日数133日(土日・祝日・学園創立記念日・学園で定める臨時休校日< 夏季・冬季>)【2025年度実績】

休暇・休日:

年次有給休暇(初年度は6か月勤務後に10日間付与)、産前産後休業、看護休暇・介護休暇、育児休業・介護休業(勤務1年経過後より)、特別休暇(慶事・弔事・災害)

[給与・賞与]

本学園の規程による(経験・能力を考慮)

※2年目から賞与が満額支給されるので、モデル年収は以下の通りとなります(時間外労働割増賃金を算入させたら同金額よりも高くなります)。

25歳…350万円、29歳…380万円

※時間外労働割増賃金については、クラウド上の勤怠管理ソフトを導入しており、1分単位で支給されます。

[手当]

扶養手当(被扶養者がいる場合に支給)

住宅手当(勤務1年経過後より支給)

通勤手当は6カ月定期券料金(限度額18万円)の実費額を4月・10月に支給

[休暇]

年次有給休暇(採用日より6か月経過後に所定労働日数に応じて有休を比例付与)産前産後休業、看護休暇・介護休暇、育児休業・介護休業(勤務1年経過後より)、特別休暇(慶事・弔事・災害)
